Overview

Works to achieve the primary goal of maintaining a cutting-edge, professional appearance to Enhabit Home Health & Hospice target audiences. Maintains the integrity of the company brand while executing materials to establish brand loyalty, promote the objectives and mission, and drive business growth through marketing and design. Supports all departments within the company, and strives to position marketing as a strategic partner.

 

Location: 6688 N. Central Exwy Dallas, TX 75206, can be eligible for hybrid work schedule after fully trained.

Responsibilities

  •  Lead the visual development of high-impact design projects, including campaigns, branding initiatives and executive-level presentations.
  • Translate complex health care information into accessible, engaging visuals for patients, clinicians, caregivers and internal teams.
  •  Ensure all design work meets brand standards, accessibility guidelines and health care regulatory requirements.
  •  Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to deliver multi-channel creative assets.
  •  Mentor junior designers, providing feedback and supporting their professional development.
  •  Manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight, prioritizing work based on business needs.
  • Create materials including brochures, patient education, email templates, social media graphics, infographics, internal comms and leadership event assets.
  • Contribute to strategic brainstorming and creative direction for campaigns and internal initiatives.
  • Stay up to date on design trends, accessibility standards and health care design best practices.
  • Oversee production quality and prepare final files for print, digital and promotional vendors.
  • Maintain an organized digital asset library and ensure project documentation is complete and current.
  • Demonstrate qualifications and competencies consistently and reliably.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Required to have Bachelor's Degree in, graphic design or related field.
• Required minimum five years of relevant experience with a portfolio of completed design projects.
• Required that internal applications have been a graphic designer for a minimum of 6 months and have demonstrated experience leading design project.
• Preferred minimum seven years of relevant work experience.
• Required previous intermediate experience using Adobe creative Suite.
• Preferred previous experience using Adobe video editing software such as after effects, premier pro, or audition.
• Preferred previous experience as a mentor.
• Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.
• Demonstrated intermediate technology skills. Especially MS office, including word, powerpoint and excel.
• Other than for designated full-time remote positions, in-office attendance is essential in order to achieve Enhabit objectives, including but not limited to, effective supervision, teamwork, task completion, and other position objectives.
