Overview
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring a Central Intake Coordinator - Weekends to join our team in Alabama. The Central Intake Coordinator is responsible for regional coordination of patient referrals and ensures that adequate transition to home health services occurs.
Hours: Friday - Monday , 8:00am - 5:00pm

Clanton Office: 2002 lay Dam Rd. Clanton, AL 35045
Hoover Office: 1 Chase Corporate Dr., Hoover, AL 35244
Opelika Office: 2312 Center Hill Dr. Suites B&C Opelika, AL 36801
Cullman Office: 1311 2nd Avenue SW Suite B1 Cullman, AL 35055
Jasper Office: 3699 Industrial Pkwy Jasper, AL 35501
Responsibilities
- Meets the productivity expectation to receive, document, and appropriately communicate referrals from physicians, facilities, and staff.
- Monitor electronic platforms to ensure timely initiation.
- Ensure the appropriate branch office receives referral information.
Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively.
- Must have strong customer service skills.
- Must have demonstrated competency with computers, including advanced typing skills.
- Must be able to multi-task and problem-solve in a high volume, interactive environment.

Must be able to work Friday-Monday
Compensation Range: $17- $19 per hour
