Overview

 

The VP of Investor Relations is responsible for creating and presenting a consistently applied message to the investment community on behalf of Enhabit Home Health & Hospice. This role is also responsible for monitoring and presenting to management the opinions of the investment community.

 

Position Location: 6688 North Central Expwy, Dallas, TX 75206

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key point of contact for the investment community.
  • Develop an annual investor relations plan.
  • Monitor the type and mix of shareholders; conduct targeting initiatives to revise the mix.
  • Monitor operational changes; maintain ongoing contact with management.
  • Understand and promote Regulation Fair Disclosure; throughout company, investment community.
  • Develop investor relations messages; collaborate appropriately on press releases and presentations for earnings releases, industry events, capital transactions, and investor conferences and meetings.
  • Oversee the production of the annual report.
  • Manage online content for investor relations; collaborate appropriately, communicate necessary updates.
  • Monitor and summarize analyst reports; report on findings to management.
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders; analysts, investors, stock exchange representatives, company management, and board of directors.
  • Organize investor relations events; conferences, road shows, earnings calls, and meetings.
  • Prepare management and relevant department leaders for investor meetings and earnings calls; develop practice questions and answers, lead practice sessions.
  • Report on the investment community’s perception of company affairs, financial results.
  • Collaborate on decisions that will create or destroy value for shareholders; including stock repurchase programs and dividend changes.
  • Create feedback reports about the company stock price, analysts’ estimates, analysts’ perceptions, industry and peer company performance, and the stock market in general; present periodically to management and the board of directors.
  • Serve as a spokesperson for the company crisis communication team; maintain the highest level of discretion in dealing with sensitive, nonpublic information.
  • Demonstrate qualifications and competencies consistently and reliably.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in, Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field is required. Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience with finance or investor relations is required.
  • Required to have demonstrated experience with large, public corporations.
  • Required to have demonstrated knowledge of capital markets, financial performance metrics, and financial statements.
  • Required to have demonstrated knowledge of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) rules and regulations.
  • Previous experience with healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Required to have and maintain a valid state driver license in the current state of residence
  • Required to have and maintain automobile liability insurance, as required by law.
  • Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.
  • Demonstrated advance technology skills. Especially Microsoft office, including word and excel.
  • Other than for designated full-time remote positions, in-office attendance is essential in order to achieve Enhabit objectives, including but not limited to, effective supervision, teamwork, task completion, and other position objectives.
