Overview
The talent acquisition specialist sources top talent, finds passive candidates, and builds relationships with those passive candidates. This position will screen all active candidates for assigned offices. The talent acquisition specialist works with designated hiring managers within operations and sales, and is responsible for supplying qualified applicants for open positions in an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
1. Communicate regularly with local supervisors and hiring managers on the need for applicants; assess validity per company staffing matrix and productivity standards.
2. Monitor applicant tracking software (ATS) daily to identify and perform necessary recruiting activities; update each requisition per full-cycle recruiting process standards.
3. Monitor ATS at least every other day to identify newly approved requisitions that need to be posted to career portals; ensure appropriate posting to online job boards and priority status.
4. Monitor ATS daily to identify applicants for open positions at assigned locations; leverage all tools available to source and connect with talent.
5. Source, contact, and screen active and passive candidates to determine qualifications and viability.
6. Review and screen resumes, online applications, or other credentials of candidates to determine if skills, experience, and knowledge fulfill the requirements of open positions.
7. Submit qualified candidates consistently to local supervisors and hiring managers that result in hires and open positions being filled.
8. Monitor ATS regularly to identify requisitions for positions at locations that need to be closed; close
requisitions appropriately and ensure all applicants are updated on requisition status.
9. Follow required and appropriate practices in updating and maintaining information in the ATS; ensure compliance and accuracy, and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, interactions, and other recruiting activities.
10. Maintain an effective pipeline of qualified candidates potentially available for immediate hire as needs dictate for each assigned location.
11. Complete all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• High school diploma. Must have at least two years demonstrated experience relating to recruiting, business, marketing, or human resources. Must have demonstrated experience in sourcing passive candidates.
• Must have demonstrated proficiency in computers, internet-based applications, social media platforms, common sourcing applications and services, and Microsoft office.
• A bachelor's in business, marketing, human resources, or related field is preferred.
• Required to have and maintain a valid state driver license in the current state of residence
• Required to have and maintain automobile liability insurance, as required by law
• Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.
• Demontrated intermediate technology skills. Especially Microsoft office, including word and excel.
• Other than for designated full-time remote positions, in-office attendance is essential in order to achieve Enhabit objectives, including but not limited to, effective supervision, teamwork, task completion, and other position objectives.
