Special Projects Operations Consultant

Overview
Responsible for supporting various operations business initiatives, cross-functional projects, and working the department tickets. Analyzes and streamlines operations data and processes. Collaborates across departments and with vendors to improve operational efficiency while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Location: 6688 N. Central Expwy Dallas, TX 75206
(First 90 days will be in office, can opt into a hybrid schedule after that based on the ongoing projects schedule.)
Responsibilities
- Maintain communication with key department team members for operational projects. Take a proactive approach to assisting with project management and completion of project tasks and reports. Be flexible when project issues arise, allowing for creative and solution-driven strategies.
- Develop and maintain project and task tracking tools to maintain organization and provide reporting updates as needed.
- Identify, gather, analyze and report on data required to assist leadership in making strategic decisions. Identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with necessary teams to create training and easily accessible documentation to drive user adoption and engagement.
- Responsible for working department tickets, ensuring timeliness of responses and demonstrating strong communication skills to manage all tickets and issues.
- Manage and maintain regularly assigned reports and up to date documentation, streamlining and automating when possible.
- Serve as liaison for operations vendors through consistent communication, performance tracking and issue resolution. This includes new vendor set-up, branch relocations, De Novo branches, acquisitions, and closures in coordination with appropriate department leaders.
- Coordinate branch address updates via vendor notification and updating applicable policies and SharePoint facilities page.
- Support the company fleet program which includes coordinating the driver eligibility verification process, fleet acquisition, allocation & billing process, and fleet vehicle maintenance and compliance.

Qualifications
- Required to have Associate's Degree, a Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field is preferred.
- Required minimum of two years experience in analysis, operations, procurement or vendor management.
- Preferred experience working in or with a home health, hospice, healthcare payor operations.
- Preferred prior project management experience is preferred.
- Preferred prior experience using Homecare Homebase data management
- Preferred prior experience with an electronic program or online tool to monitor, track, and communicate the progress of project tasks.
- Preferred advanced technology skills. Especially with Excel and Adobe.
- Preferred to have demonstrated experience in an employee-facing role, or in a customer service role.
- Preferred ability to synthesize large quantities of data, recognize trends, tie back to business priorities, and develop recommendations based on data analysis.
- Preferred to have experience serving employees in multiple states/locations.
- Required to have and maintain a valid state driver license in the current state of residence.
- Required to have and maintain automobile liability insurance, as required by law.
- Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.
- Demonstrated intermediate technology Especially Microsoft office, including word and excel.
- Other than for designated full-time remote positions, in-office attendance is essential in order to achieve Enhabit objectives, including but not limited to, effective supervision, teamwork, task completion, and other position objectives.
