Overview
Th Senior Business Analyst will lead team member responsible for driving enterprise-level analytics initiatives and mentoring other analysts. Operates with high autonomy, making data-driven recommendations to leadership, and ensures analytics outputs deliver strategic impact. Delivers advanced insights, proposes innovative solutions, and is recognized as a subject-matter expert across multiple departments.

Responsibilities
- Act as the analytics lead for multiple departments, maintaining deep knowledge of processes and business needs.
- Lead and facilitate strategic discussions with stakeholders to define reporting goals, priorities, and future-state solutions.
- Develop predictive models, scenario analyses, and forward-looking insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Partner with Finance and business leaders to assess, track, and report realized value from analytics-driven pilots, process changes, and actions informed by analytical insights.
- Partner with engineers and system architects to design robust data models, marts, and transformations.
- Lead design and development of enterprise dashboards and visualizations.
- Promote best practices in analytics, data governance, and process improvement.
- Lead creation and maintenance of enterprise documentation for metrics, processes, and dashboards.
- Lead high-impact analytics initiatives, managing scope, priorities, and timelines.
- Proactively propose new analytic methodologies, tools, or solutions to improve enterprise analytics.
- Complete all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Required to have Bachelor's Degree in any quantitative field (analytics, business, math, economics,
finance, statistics, science, engineering) or related field. Four years of equivalent work experience is
considered in lieu of degree requirements. Preferred to have Master's Degree.
• Required minimum of three years of work experience in analysis.
• Required experience using Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization software.
• Required advanced experience using Microsoft Excel, including modeling, use of advanced formulas, pivot
tables, and other advanced features.
• Required experience presenting analytics or data-driven projects.
• Preferred experience with SQL or other coding languages to enable efficient data analysis, automation,
and insight generation.
• Preferred experience in a senior or team mentor role.
• Preferred experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
• Preferred experience in a home health or hospice setting.
• Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.
• Demonstrated intermediate technology skills. Especially MS office, including word, powerpoint and excel.
• Other than for designated full-time remote positions, in-office attendance is essential in order to achieve
Enhabit objectives, including but not limited to, effective supervision, teamwork, task completion, and other
position objectives.
