Overview

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is searching for an IT Customer Service Specialist (tier one support) to join our team. 

 

During the first 90 days of training, this position will require full time attendance at our office. Upon completion of training, the employee will be eligible for a hybrid schedule, allowing 2 work from home days per week. 

 

Hours: This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm CST with occasional Saturday or Sunday

 

Location: 6688 N. Central Expressway, Dallas TX 75206

 

Weekend rotation required: after 90 days of training, employee will be required to work an occasional Saturday (8 hours) or Sunday (5 hours)

Responsibilities

  • The primary responsibility of this position is to answer the information technology (IT) customer service phone line 
  • Monitor the IT customer service voicemail
  • Monitor and work the unassigned ticket queue
  • Provide basic support to IT departments, including mobile devices and the installed apps, computers and the installed software, printers, fax machines, and all other hardware
  • Maintain a positive, supportive, and team-centered customer service approach in every interaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of two years of related work experience.
  • Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Must have customer support experience answering the phone, including support of end-users.
  • Must have demonstrated experience working with mobile device hardware and software and computer hardware and software.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and must convey thoughts in a way easily understood.
  • Must have the ability to interact positively with levels of personnel across all functions and must be a self-starter who requires minimum supervision.

Additional Information

Compensation: $24.04/hr
