Overview

Enhabit is a dynamic and innovative home health & hospice company dedicated to improving the quality of life for our clients in the comfort of their own home. We are currently seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to join our strategic finance team in Dallas, TX.

As the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will play a critical role in guiding the budgeting and forecasting process for our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning process, conducting comprehensive financial analysis, and providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in FP&A who is ready to step into a director level role.

Proficiency within budget/forecast systems are required, with Hyperion experience preferred.

This position is located at 6688 N. Central Expressway, Dallas, TX 75206.

Hybrid eligible: Once fully trained, this position will be eligible to work remotely 1-2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes to long range planning cycles and to support strategic decision-making.
• Serve as the first point of contact for any budget related questions from leadership – branch offices, operations, and executive leadership.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop long-term financial strategies and operational plans.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying areas of improvement and risks.
• Prepare financial reports and PowerPoint presentations for executive management, stakeholders, and Board.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Provide strategic and supported financial insights related to business trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Proficiency in Hyperion Financial Management and advanced Excel skills required.
