Business Development Operations Specialist

Overview
Responsible for maintaining and optimizing data-driven performance and compensation frameworks that align business development behaviors with organizational growth objectives. Monitor trends, ensure accurate tracking, and maintain role and performance data to support consistent reporting. Serve as a primary point of contact for business development supervisors, supporting performance tracking, territory alignments, and consistent adherence to established SOPs and operational guidelines. This role partners closely with executive leadership and business development supervisors to deliver transparent reporting, operational efficiency, and support for strategic decision-making across the business development organization.

Responsibilities
- Design, operationalize, and maintain transparent, data-driven performance systems and reporting that align business development behavior with growth objectives.
- Administer the monthly and quarterly commission process, including communication with regional supervisors, reconciliation of errors, and support for accruals, audits, reporting, and payroll.
- Maintain commission workbooks, supporting documentation, and compensation content for leadership teams to reference.
- Produce accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports and analyses.
- Maintain rankings and eligibility process for annual awards and recognition programs (e.g., President’s Circle)
- Provide support for activities such as CRM updates, referral source assignments, and database maintenance to ensure continuity of business development operations.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of business development role alignments and reporting hierarchies.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for business development supervisors.
- Support special projects including data analysis, reporting automation, and process optimization.
- Perform other duties related to business development operations as assigned, in support of business development performance and organizational goals.
- Demonstrate qualifications and competencies consistently and reliably.
- Complete all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Required to have Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Public Health, Business, CRM Administration, or related field. Three years of equivalent work experience is considered in lieu of degree requirements.
• Preferred minimum one year of experience in sales operations, compensation management, data analytics or technology customer experience at a SaaS organization, hospice, or home health setting.
• Preferred previous experience in data analytics, product sales, marketing, or CRM systems (e.g Salesforce or Hubspot).
• Preferred previous experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
• Preferred advance experience using Microsoft Excel, including proficiency in formulas such as XLOOKUP and IF statements, as well as macros, pivot tables, and other advanced features.
• Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.
• Demonstrated intermediate technology skills. Especially MS office, including word, powerpoint and excel.
• Other than for designated full-time remote positions, in-office attendance is essential in order to achieve Enhabit objectives, including but not limited to, effective supervision, teamwork, task completion, and other position objectives.
