Responsibilities

Develops and implements a respiratory therapy plan of care to meet the quality of life and health care needs of the patient. Performs services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).

Qualifications

• Must have an associate's degree in respiratory therapy or related field.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year of respiratory therapy experience in a health care setting.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Education and experience, preferred

• A bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy or related field is preferred.
• Hospice experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid state driver license
• Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
• Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
• Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
• Must possess CPR certification for the healthcare provider
